Scalia follies
Don't know if anyone missed the Scalia flap from last week. It was reported on April 8th, that Scalia ordered two US Marshals to confiscate tape recordings from reporters who were taping a speech he was giving publicly. Scalia has since issued an apology.
Which is a roundabout way to bring your attention to this post from Tom Burka, taking Scalia to task as only he can. Also read the two below it on Condi's testimony before the 9-11 commission. Good stuff.
