A little behind the times on this one...
But better late than never. A little ways back, Markos of Dailykos.com got roasted by the right for some comments he made in regards to the contractors that were killed in Fallujah. He later retracted the comments, but didn't apologize for them.
Now, via Alas, a Blog, Matt Stoller at Blogging the President has a really intelligent analysis on what the long term implications could be for the blogging community, and some comments on just how far through the looking glass the media is in general. It's a really good read. It also provides links to the original post that started all the hulabaloo.
